today, that was yesterday. Today I went to the lab for blood work in prep for my first full physical since about 1992. Yeah, it’s about time. Must remember to take the dental release forms too. I have a slight heart murmur and they refuse to do dental work on me until the release form is signed by my doctor. So will do that when I go back for the physical. The day of the physical, I’ll be getting a breathing test done to see if I really do have Asthma or not. The doctor gave me an inhaler yesterday to help with the breathing while I’m getting over this cold. I’ll be using it when I’m very short of breath, ‘cuz otherwise I’m fine. Yeah, no smoking that phat budz and shit. (Yes, that was a joke! I’m still clean and sober here…) Actually, the asthma diagnosis I got last year sometime was one of the reasons I don’t smoke anymore. Last time I had a cig, I had an extremely difficult time breathing after I got back to my desk. And that was from walking up just one flight of stairs. Anyway, hope the day is treating you well.
