Grand Canyon!!! Holy COW! it’s amazing to see it from the lookout points, but from this angle, it’s even more impressive! My only regret is that I didn’t open my window sooner! This landscape – as barren as it may be – is absolutely gorgeous!! It’s really amasing to see all the relief in the land, all the textures of the hills and everything. Too bad I don’t have a digital camera! Man this is awesome! I’d love to be sharing this with y’all! I guess this means we’re somewhere over either Arizona or Utah or one of them states… According to my clock, we’ll be arriving in SFO in about 90 minutes. While ti has been a great trip, I am looking forward to getting home. I’m beginning to miss my friends and family. Of course, I miss having a job and the income it brings in as well. Next time y’all hear from me, I’ll be on the ground, at home, and online. (Yes, I miss my DSL, too!) I’ve had enough experience in this trip to last a lifetime, and I’m looking forward to the next trip. Oh, and damnit, I still haven’t joined the "Mile-High Club."
