know that fresh water and old oil on the roads makes for a slippery situation. HA! Not in California. This is why I think people should attend traffic school at least once every four years, and definitely to renew their license. Good traffic schools have an uncanny knack for getting habits like safe driving into one’s head. Ever seen Red Asphalt? UGH.
