Hi everyone! It’s Christmas time again and I’ve had an exciting year! Here are some highlights, month by month: January: Took my new scarf back to the store. It was too tight. February: Got fired from my new job at the pharmacy for failing to print labels. Well, duh! Those bottles will NOT fit in the typewriter they gave me. March: Got real excited when I finished a jigsaw puzzle in only six months! The box said “2-4 YEARS!” April: Power failure in the mall. Trapped on the escalator for four hours. May: Tried to make Kool-Aid. There’s no way to get eight cups of water into one of those little packets! June: Tried to go water skiing but couldn’t find a lake with a slope. July: Lost breast stroke swimming race. Found out later the other girls cheated and used their arms. August: Got locked out of my car in a rain storm. The car was soaked because I had left the top down. September: The capital of California is “C,” right? October: Had to quit nursing the baby. It just hurts too much to boil the nipples. November: Baked Thanksgiving turkey for 4-1/2 days. It was real dry. The instructions said to bake 1 hour per pound. I weigh 108. December: House caught fire. Tried to call 911 but my phone has no “eleven” button Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!]]>
