Hey right on, I’ve got Wednesdays and Thursdays off too! Well, in a way I’ve got every day off, it’s just the nights I don’t, but Wednesnights and Thursnights just sounds wrong. Though it might be a good way for me to help remember what day it is. I get really confused about that now. I’m glad to hear you got a job though, that’s great news.
So where are you working at these days? It’s good to hear that you’re working again as well.
Yeah, my first week at work went quite well, and I’m looking forward to week two. I’m actually looking forward to being off training, but for the moment it’s nice to have a handhold when I need it.
I’m working at an airline in Hayward as a dispatcher. There’s not a whole lot of dispatching that needs doing on the graveyard shift, but when it does need doing, it shifts into crisis mode pretty quick around here.
I like it, but I never would have dreamed I’d be working in aviation. I can definitely see myself staying here for a while, maybe turning my position int an IT sort of thing.
