Let It Snow

Harrah’s, Tahoe. The drive up here was pretty uneventful, save the one 80’s-model Toyota we saw spinning out and smack into a snowbank. The last 20 miles or so was done with chains on the car. It wasn’t too bad. It was the farthest I’ve ever driven on snow. And our timing for arrival couldn’t have been better. Right now the snow is blowing very hard outside. I hspe it lets off in the morning and that the conditions are perfect for a wonderful day on the slopes. We shall see… Anyhow, I’ll probably put an entry on late tomorrow afternoon or evening to let yall know how everything went. Then, of course, there’ll be the New Year’s party wrap-up too. With that said, I’m putting the WebTV appliance away and going to bed. Thanks for visiting and Keep Coming Back!!!]]>

  1. Man, I am WAY out of shape. I only put in about 3 hours of snowboarding today. Along with that I think I hurt my wrists and ankles. UGH.
So to recap, the snow wa good, the conditions weren’t the best, and the weather was horrid… That was, until I left the mountain. Oh well. At least I’ve now skiied Gunbarrell! 🙂
Anyhow, I’ll have more to post later, after the New Year’s Celebration. I’m going to take a well-deserved nap now.

  2. Seems the frostbite on your fingers is getting in the way of your typing, eh?
Happy New Year, pass the bottle opener, Walt’s Gay.

  3. Actually, there’s an awful LAG with this WebTV RF keyboard. It really sucks. But when I get home tomorrow, I’ll take a look at that entry and correct everything…
