Movable Type website this evening and noticed that there was an upgrade available. Damn, their upgrade process is so easy! I went ahead and did it. YAY! So yesterday (Monday) I had my one-on-one with my boss… and at this time he decided that it would be a good time to do my annual performance review. So we did. My, what a difference a year makes! Last year’s review came with a write-up and a 90-day probation. This year I was rated “good” all across the board. Ya, so that may mean that I rated a 3 out of 5 (1 being poor, 5 being excellent), but I feel good about it. This is the first time in a long time that I’ve had an review go as well as that. Usually I end up screwing up in some major way before review time and get warned. So this is a good change…. Maybe I’m growing up? 😉 Anyhow, I’m off to read the last 150 pages of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Thanks for visiting and Keep Coming Back!!!]]>
